This is the refreshed course, now called Claude for work: Quick start. Anthropic began merging Chat and Cowork in September 2026. If your account has the update, start a conversation without choosing a mode. Your existing course access and progress still work.
Claude Academy offers official product training and practical examples. This independent introduction focuses its exercises on judgment: notice assumptions, choose useful questions, and recognise when an answer is supported. You make decisions inside the lesson and get immediate feedback. We link to Anthropic for product instructions.
The course and completion certificate are free with your name and email. You do not need a Claude account to complete the exercises: the examples and choices are on the page. If you later try Claude yourself, feature access and usage limits depend on your plan and organization.
No. Everything needed for the exercises is included in the lessons. There are no uploads, written submissions, or required external tools.
Yes. Complete the lessons and their knowledge checks to claim a certificate issued by AI at Work Academy, with a public verification link. Certificates retain the original Cowork Quick Start name for continuity. This is an independent completion certificate, not an Anthropic certification.
