Onboarding In-House
New-client intake, run by your own team.
For accounting and bookkeeping firms. I train one person on the team to organize new-client intake with AI, on the tools you already use.
We're opening the first places for pilot firms.
Book a diagnosticThe problem
A new client still arrives with a missing document, a slow start, and a status someone has to remember to send. The tool is not the hard part. The hard part is the firm keeping that routine going day to day.
What the firm keeps
- Six routines: client sheet, document requests, the start of the work, welcome, internal handoff and a weekly status.
- All of it in the firm's Google or Microsoft: folders, a form, spreadsheets and a handbook for the person who owns it.
- Nothing goes to a client without someone at the firm approving it. Passwords and access stay only with you.
How it works
Four one-hour conversations, one to one, recorded and sent only to the firm. Fifteen days later, there is a written follow-up, also only for the firm.

Who it's for
Firms of about 3 to 30 people that take on at least two new clients a month and can name one person with about three hours a week. That person learns the process, with the templates and the handbook.
Questions
- Do I need to code?
- No. The work uses Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, with ChatGPT or Claude. If the team already works in email and spreadsheets, they can follow along.
- Do you get into the firm's Google or Microsoft?
- No. The material stays in your Google or Microsoft. I don't ask for passwords or for access to clients.
- What about client data?
- The work happens in the firm's accounts, on your Google or Microsoft. In the recordings we use example data whenever we can. The recording stays only with the firm, and I don't keep a copy. Nothing goes to a client without someone on the team approving it.
- What happens after the training?
- Fifteen days after the training, you get a written follow-up made only for your firm, on what's working and what's worth adjusting. It's one to one and confidential. There are no group sessions and no ongoing maintenance.
