In one live session of about 2h40, in Portuguese, you build three bots for the financial routine of the business. The bots prepare the material, and sending stays with you.
Grok Bot is an AI assistant included in the X Subscription Premium plan (the subscription for X and Grok), bought directly from them.

You sell, deliver the work, and send the quote. At the end of the month the cash does not close the way it looked. It is not carelessness: there is no calm moment in the week to look at the numbers.
The research says the same thing:
- In Sebrae's 2025 financial-habits study, only 30% of small-business owners track the books on a computer spreadsheet. Another 25% use a notebook, and 10% have no tracking at all (Agência Sebrae).
- In July 2026, 25% of small businesses had overdue debts (Sebrae, Pulso dos Pequenos Negócios, 13th edition).
An AI doesn't fix that on its own. It can add things up, compare them, and leave the message ready. You check it and decide.
What you'll build

The week's cash
Every Monday at 8: the cash that came in last week, compared with the week before; what comes in and goes out over 14 days; and who is late. The bot only reads. If a figure is missing, it records “no data”.

A gentle reminder
Tuesday and Thursday, the appropriate reminder for each delay, with a WhatsApp link and the message ready for you to check and send. When the delay passes 30 days, the bot does not draft a message and marks the case as your decision.

Unanswered quotes
Monday and Wednesday, quotes with no reply for 5 business days or more, largest first, with the message ready.

Appointment confirmations
Coming soonThe bot prepares tomorrow's appointment confirmations as a ready message, with a WhatsApp link. You check it and send it.

How it works
These steps are for the live session.
- You join the waitlist. Dates go out first to the people on it.
- A week before, you get what to prepare: the app and the template sheets. To build the bots, the subscription that includes Grok Bot needs to be active.
- On the day, about 2 hours 40 minutes, live. You build each bot on your screen, with example data.
- You leave with the three bots asking for your approval before they act, a written guide, and the steps to use your own numbers.
Questions
- Do I need to code?
- No. You do it in the app, in plain language. If you use email and a spreadsheet, you can follow.
- Will the bot message my clients?
- No. The bot leaves the draft ready, and you are always the one who sends it.
- Do I need a subscription?
- To take part, you need an active Grok Bot subscription. It is included in the X Subscription Premium plan, from US$30/month (in US dollars, before taxes). The workshop is charged separately.
