AI adoption support for managers

You are expected to move AI forward. But where do you start?

Your team has access to AI, but use is scattered. Several tasks could improve, ownership is unclear, and it is difficult to know what is worth the time and cost.

In one private working session, we choose where AI can help, discuss the tools that fit your team, and make a three-week plan for how to start and what to review.

Request a working session

Pilot price: US$200

Five places are available for this first pilot. There is no payment when you send a request.

Does this sound familiar?

The tools are available. The next decision is still unclear.

You may already have tools and interested people. The management work is choosing one task, deciding who checks the work, and knowing what would make the test worth continuing.

You have too many possible starting points

Several tasks could use AI, but the team cannot test everything. You need to choose work that matters and is realistic to change.

AI use is scattered across the team

Some people use AI often, others barely touch it, and no shared way of working has become part of the normal week.

A first attempt needs a clear review

The result may be inconsistent, expensive, difficult to check, or ignored by the people who are meant to use it.

A real example

A weekly leadership update.

This is the level of detail we work with. Your plan uses the situation you bring, the people involved, and the limits inside your team.

The work today
The manager spends three hours collecting project notes, comparing dates, and rewriting the update every Friday.
What AI does
It collects approved notes, groups the updates by project, compares dates, and prepares the document.
What the manager owns
The manager checks missing context, judges which risks matter, decides what to escalate, and approves the final message.
What the team reviews
Preparation time, corrections needed, missed risks, cost, and whether the final update was useful.

After three weekly updates, the manager can continue, change the workflow, limit its use, or stop. The decision is based on what happened, not on what the tool promised.

How it works

One priority. Three weeks of action. One decision.

The format is focused so you have time to try the plan and bring useful evidence to the follow-up.

  1. 01

    Before the call

You send a short description of the situation. I review it before we meet, so we can use the session well.

  2. 02

    During the session

We compare possible starting points and suitable tools, question assumptions, and choose one useful change for your team to test.

  3. 03

    For the next three weeks

You use a concise plan that covers the work, tool approach, responsibilities, first steps, checks, cost, and evidence you need.

  4. 04

    At the follow-up

We review what happened and decide what to continue, change, limit, or stop.

Experience behind the session

I build AI into real workflows.

My work covers engineering, marketing, growth, and product systems. I deal with the same questions this session addresses: useful work, tool choice, clear ownership, quality, cost, and what to do when a result is incomplete.

Engineering work

Technical qualification and code review support

Marketing and growth

Research, content planning, and performance analysis

Products and systems

AgentHub workflows and the Estuddo study product

What is included

Clarity on the work, the tool, and how to start.

  • A review of your request before the call
  • One private ninety-minute working session
  • Tool guidance based on your work and current systems
  • One concise three-week starting plan
  • One thirty-minute follow-up
  • English or Portuguese

The session includes tool guidance and practical first steps. Building integrations, configuring company systems, coding, team training, extra meetings, and ongoing support are separate services.

Questions

A few things to know before you request.

What if I do not know which workflow to bring?

Bring two or three tasks or team problems. We will compare them and choose where to focus.

Can this help if we already started using AI?

Yes. We can review an effort with weak participation, inconsistent quality, unclear ownership, rising cost, or a result that is difficult to trust.

Will you recommend a specific AI tool?

Yes, when choosing a tool is part of the problem. We look at the tools you already have first, then compare other options based on the work, company rules, integrations, cost, and what your team can support.

Do I need to share confidential company information?

No. We can work with a simplified description. Remove names, customer information, internal figures, and other sensitive details from the request.

How do payment and booking work?

There is no payment when you send the request. I review it first. If the session is a good fit, I send a secure Stripe payment link and available meeting times.

Can the session be in Portuguese?

Yes. The session and written plan can be in English or Portuguese.
