Who you're working with
I'm Camila Lima, founder of AI Work Academy. I'm an Engineer-Manager who builds AI in production every day, not a consultant who reads about it.
I built and operate AgentHub, a custom orchestration platform running multiple AI agents on a daily schedule. I built and run the AI Work Academy course, which has taught non-technical professionals to build their own AI workflows. Before that, a decade of engineering and engineering leadership at companies shipping software at scale.
When I work with your team, I bring both sides: the practical engineering view of what AI can actually do today, and the empathy of having taught hundreds of non-technical people how to use it.

We focus on small and medium companies, typically teams of 10 to 500 people. Below 10, the AI Work Academy course is usually the right fit for individual learners. Above 500, we partner case-by-case on bespoke engagements.
Yes. About 80% of our workshops run remotely over video, and they're as interactive as in-person sessions. We can also come on-site in Rio de Janeiro or anywhere else with travel costs included.
Yes. Workshops can be delivered in English or Portuguese. Materials can be bilingual on request.
Generic AI courses teach concepts. We work with your team, on your real workflows, and deliver outcomes specific to how your team actually operates. The audit produces a written plan you can act on. The workshop produces working prompts, tools, and redesigned workflows your team can start using right away.
That's the norm. Workshops are built around hands-on exercises that scale to skill level: beginners build their first useful prompt while advanced people build a multi-step workflow. Everyone leaves with something usable for their specific role.
The audit is 1-2 weeks end to end. A standalone workshop is 1 day on-site or remote with prep beforehand. Combined audit + workshop runs 4-6 weeks. Custom engagements vary.
Yes. We sign NDAs as standard for any engagement. We can use your template or provide ours.
