Who you're working with
I'm Camila Lima, founder of AI Work Academy. I'm an engineering manager who builds and uses AI workflows in real work.
I built and operate AgentHub, a custom orchestration platform running multiple AI agents on a daily schedule. My practical examples include technical qualification, code review support, marketing research, and growth analysis. I also bring more than a decade of experience across engineering, quality, client work, and team leadership.

We focus on small and medium companies, typically teams of 10 to 500 people. If the work involves one manager and one immediate priority, the AI Adoption Working Session may be the simpler place to start. Wider company services are for several participants, workflows, or teams.
Yes. Workshops can run remotely over video. On-site work is also available in Rio de Janeiro, or in another location with travel included in the proposal.
Yes. Workshops can be delivered in English or Portuguese. Materials can be bilingual on request.
The work is prepared around your team's roles, tools, recurring tasks, and current level of experience. Participants practise with situations they recognize and managers leave knowing what needs to happen next.
That's the norm. Workshops are built around hands-on exercises that scale to skill level: beginners build their first useful prompt while advanced people build a multi-step workflow. Everyone leaves with something usable for their specific role.
A standalone workshop is usually a half-day or full day with preparation beforehand. Custom engagements vary because they can involve several workflows, managers, or implementation steps. The timeline and responsibilities are agreed in the proposal.
